YVFE2 225M-2/4/6/8 IE2 VF 3-Phase Asynchronous Motor

The operation environment of YVFE2 series 3 phase high efficiency VF asynchronous motor should be kept dry, clean and well ventilated. The air vent and air duct of motor shall not be blocked by dust and fiber. The blocking of the air path will reduce the cooling air flow and cause the motor to overheat. The relevant friction surfaces of the brake shall not be contaminated with oil and debris to ensure reliable braking. It should identify the source of failure if continuous action from the motor thermal protection device and short-circuit device: is due to the protection of the motor or overload? It can be put into operation after troubleshooting.The bearing condition should be monitored frequently during the motor operating, especially for the motors with larger power. Early detection of bearing failure can prevent equipment downtime during unscheduled maintenance. Bearing temperature monitoring can be assembled with Pt100 temperature sensor or infrared thermometer which is more popular at present.
