    Motor Description

    • YRQ series media size three-phase wound asynchronous motor is produced by our company independently, it has high capacity, which can provide high torque with small starting current and change motor's speed by adding the resistance in the rotor loop. Thus, this series of motor can be adopted when the staring load is big, and sometimes the speed adjusting transmission device is needed and the capacity is insufficient.

      The basic mounting type is horizontal mounting with foot, all types of the motor can be connected directly with the equipment by direct coupling. The motor use symmetrical radial ventilation system at both ends, the cooling air comes into the motor through the inlet entrance on the endshilds, some blows the stator winding's connection end by the rotor's fan or impellor, the others expel to the motors side through the stator corn's radial ventilation slot.

      The motor use roller bearing, the bearing lubricant grease is lithium ZL-3.

      The terminal box is located at the right side looking from DE side.

      The motor is equipped with slip ring. The slip ring equipped on the NDE side. All are non-brush exalt and short circuit equipment. The brush type is J201.

      Whenever starts the NR series motor, a rheostat must be equipped inside the stator loop. Winding's short circuit direct start is not allowed.
