    Motor Description

    • There should be no intermittent or abnormal sound or vibration during no-load or load operation of the motor. YE5 series ultra-efficiency 3 phase ac asynchronous motor adopts class F insulation, but the winding temperature rise shall be assessed according to grade B, that is, it shall not be greater than 80K (measured by resistance method). The temperature rise of some special designed motors shall be assessed according to the requirements of corresponding technical conditions or technical agreements.
      When the winding and bearing are equipped with temperature measurement and detection protection devices, the alarm value and shutdown value shall be performed according to the corresponding setting requirements; generally, the alarm value is the temperature limit -5℃, and the shutdown value is the temperature limit value. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 95℃.
