This series coal mine underground Flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor is newly developed by our company based on YBX3-series high efficiency Flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motor which combines advanced electromagnetic structure, processing technology and materials. This series of motor is accord with Chinese Flame-proof standard GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2 and MT 451-2011. The coolant mode is IC411, the Flame-proof mark is Ex db Ⅰ Mb. The motor performance meets with the requirements of China Flame-proof motor industry standard JB/T9593.1-2015 Specification of Explosion proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor for mines Part 1: YBK3-series Flame-proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Coal Mines (Frame Size. H80 to 355). The efficiency is accord with grade 3 energy efficiency standard in GB18163-2020, which is equivalent to IE3 in IEC60034-30 Single Speed Three Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor Efficiency Grade.
