    Technical Features

    CMC Series soft starter cabinet is a motor control device used to realize multiple protection function. It adopts CMC type intelligent motor soft starter as the main control device, and is equipped with main circuit incoming breaker and bypass contactor.

    Grid-side starting current: the starting current is 1-5 times than the rated current, which is adjustable. The starting current is small and constant, the starting torque is large, there is no impact on the power grid, and the design capacity input of the primary equipment is reduced. 

    Smooth start: reduce the impact on mechanical equipment when starting large motors. In doing so, the life-span of both mechanical equipment and motors can be extended by about 30%.

    Grid voltage drop: less than 10% of rated voltage

    Communication: RS485, Modbus communication protocol

    Starting time: 1~120s, adjustable

    Control mode: voltage exponential curve, voltage linear curve, current exponential curve, and current linear curve. Programmable jump starting torque and starting current limit can be applied in each mode. A specific starting curve can be adopted in accordance with different loads to achieve the ideal starting effect. There are a variety of stop modes, including programmable soft stop, free stop, brake, and pump stop. The unique basic algorithm makes the start and stop of motors more accurate and smooth. 

    Movable panel: the panel can be moved to equipment operating surface through machine interface to realize remote control, which is convenient for on-site use.

    Self-adaptive of power frequency: the machine has power frequency 50/60Hz self-adaptive function, which is convenient for users to use.

    Dynamic failure recording: up to 10 faults can be recorded, easy to find causes of these failures.

    Complete protection function: current and load parameters can be detected in the whole process. It has microcomputer protection functions, such as over current, over load, under load, overheat, open phase, short circuit, three-phase unbalance, sequence detection and frequency error.
