Enterprise intelligent manufacturing five types of mode elements condition Ⅰ

The intelligent manufacturing capability of enterprises can be subdivided according to five types of mode elements: discrete, process-based, network collaborative manufacturing, mass personalized customization, and remote operation and maintenance services.
First, discrete intelligent manufacturing
1. The overall design, process flow and layout of the workshop/factory have been established digital models, and simulation has been carried out to realize the digital management of the whole process of planning, production and operation.
2. The product and process design and simulation are carried out by digital 3D design and process technology, and verified and optimized by physical inspection and test. Product data management system (PDM) was established to realize the integrated management of product design and process data.
3. The CNC rate of manufacturing equipment exceeds 70%, and the information interconnection and integration between high-end CNC machine tools and industrial robots, intelligent sensing and control equipment, intelligent detection and assembly equipment, intelligent logistics and warehousing equipment and other key technical equipment are realized.
4. Establish the production process data collection and analysis system, realize the automatic uploading of production schedule, field operation, quality inspection, equipment status, material transfer and other production site data, and realize visual management.
5. Set up shop manufacturing execution system (MES) to realize planning, scheduling, quality, equipment, production, energy efficiency and other management functions. Establish enterprise resource planning system (ERP) to realize supply chain, logistics, cost and other business management functions.
6. The internal communication network architecture of the factory is established to realize the information interconnection among all aspects of the manufacturing process such as design, process, manufacturing, inspection and logistics, as well as the manufacturing process and manufacturing execution system (MES) and enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
7. It has established industrial information security management system and technical protection system, and has information security guarantee capabilities such as network protection and emergency response. The functional safety protection system is built, and the whole life cycle method is adopted to effectively avoid system failure.
Through continuous improvement, the closed-loop dynamic optimization of the whole life cycle of products in enterprise design, process, manufacturing, management, logistics and other links is realized, and the rapid improvement of enterprise digital design, intelligent equipment upgrade, process optimization, lean production, visual management, quality control and traceability, intelligent logistics and other aspects is promoted.
