XMFC series high-voltage VFD takes high-speed DSP as the core control, and adopts space voltage vector control technology and power series multi-level unit technology. As a high-high voltage source VFD, it can meet the needs of users for various types of load speed regulation, energy saving, and production process improvement with its highly reliability, easy operation and high performance. The harmonic index of XMFC series high-voltage VFD is lower than IE519-1992 harmonic standard. With high input power function and qualified output wave, it does not need input harmonic filter, power function compensation equipment and output filter. Besides, there’s no harmonic-caused problem like motor additional heating, torque pulsation, noise, output dV/dt, and common-mode voltage, available for universal asynchronous and synchronous motor.

      Cooling method: air forced
      Features: based on the two-quadrant synchronous, including permanent magnet synchronous motor, and asynchronous motor platform design, the whole machine integrates control cabinet, power cabinet, transformer cabinet, and switching cabinet, which is easy to install on-site.
      Advantage: small size, save space, overall transportation, and easy to install

      10KV: 200KW-9000KW (two-quadrant)
      6KV: 200KW-2500KW (four-quadrant)
      10KV: 200KW-3250 (four-quadrant)
      Cooling method: air forced
      Features: based on the two-quadrant and four-quadrant synchronous, including permanent magnet synchronous motor, and asynchronous motor platform design, as well as unit sealing design, the whole machine adopts the module design method, improving the production efficiency.
      Advantage: control system module design, low harmonics, precise speed regulation, tight sealing of the power unit, and strong environmental adaptability
      Load type: fan, pump, elevator, and pulley.
